A place for you
At the end of St Piers Lane is one of Lingfield’s best kept secrets.
St Piers campus opened in 1897 and for 127 years it has been transforming the lives of children and young people with epilepsy. At the heart of the campus is Heritage Square.
Having secured planning permission earlier this year, we plan to restore the St Piers Grade II listed farmstead buildings and transform them into a community space with a fully accessible landscaped public courtyard with café, wildlife gardens and opportunities to get involved. Including a celebration of the buildings’ heritage and history, by depicting the story of St Piers and its early life as a working farm.
St Piers Farm continues to this day, a stones-throw from Heritage Square, it is a place for leisure, learning, and skills development.
The wider St Piers estate will evolve with a rewilding programme to improve bio-diversity and the removal of unsightly derelict buildings, resulting in a clear vista across the landscape.
